Caroline is an award-winning solicitor with over 20 years’ experience. She specialises in providing business and legal services to small and medium-sized enterprises. In particular, she provides company, commercial, employment and property law advice. Caroline also assists with dispute resolution arising from breaches of contracts and debt recovery.
Working with SMEs, she has led on business structure, share sale and business sale agreements, funding and loan agreements, shareholders’ agreements, company set up documents, GDPR requirements, website terms of business, privacy policies and applications for trademarks and business leases.
Caroline has a Masters in European Law and practice and has additional expertise in distribution, agency and franchise agreements; confidentiality agreements, intellectual property protection and licensing. She has in-depth legal knowledge of employment law, directors’ service agreements, as well as advising on disciplinary actions against employees or actions involving Employment Tribunal and settlement agreements.
Caroline has worked in several top City law firms in the Litigation, Commercial law, Employment, European law and Property law departments. An entrepreneur herself she understands the entrepreneurial spirit and mindset. She set up and managed her own law practice which she later merged with another law firm.
